Heloisa Macedo gets a training session from the GB Rowing team at the Paralympics Carnival in Nottingham on 17th September 2016.

The carnival events are free, family friendly events, with the opportunity for people to meet Paralympic athletes, test their skills and have a go at Paralympic sports

The ParalympicsGB Carnival builds on the successful formula of the National Paralympic Day events held in 2013, 2014 and 2015. It has been devised in order to harness the excitement surrounding the Rio 2016 Paralympic Games and give people in the UK an opportunity to celebrate the Paralympic movement and show their support for the ParalympicsGB team competing in Brazil.
